We perfected a unique blend of California and Tex-Mex inspired Mexican food that can only be described as ‘Cali-Mex’. We believe in pushing our creative limits but we care about tradition. While we bring you culinary innovations on the truck, our Catering department specializes in traditional Mexican dishes for events and budgets of all sizes.

Frank creates the flavors of the KingKups Truck. A Dallas native, mexican food is in his blood. In a quest to find the best tacos outside Texas, he ate his way across California. Passionate about bringing the spectrum of flavors he found back to DFW, he has stepped out of the dj booth and into the kitchen. Now, Frank has a new remix; Mexico, Texas, California fusion. “Cali-Mex” he calls it,

A trained medical professional, she pays attention to the finest detail to ensure KingKups’ smooth daily operation. Jen loves food, which is what inspired her to jump on this bandwagon (in this case, food truck). Her favorite food? KingKup’s Cheesesteak Torta and pulled pork taco.
